Refunds & Returns Policy
Clear guidelines for reprints, replacements, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Custom-printed products
Most items we produce are custom-printed or personalised (logo, name, photo, design). Because of this, returns are generally not accepted for “change of mind” after production begins.
2. When you are eligible for a reprint / replacement
If you receive items with verified manufacturing or printing defects, you may be eligible for a reprint, replacement, or refund as per the evaluation.
- Incorrect print compared to the final approved proof.
- Damaged items received due to packing/handling issues (with evidence).
- Major printing defects: heavy smudging, severe misalignment, wrong product delivered.
3. Not eligible (common cases)
- Minor colour differences due to screen vs print variations.
- Customer-provided artwork issues (low resolution, spelling mistakes) after proof approval.
- Change of design, quantity, or product choice after confirmation/production start.
- Wear and tear after normal usage.
- Delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural events, or incomplete address details.
4. Proof approval
We usually share a digital proof/mock-up for confirmation. Once you approve the final proof, the order is processed. Any reprint/refund requests related to spelling, layout, or design details may not be accepted if they match the approved proof.
5. Time window to report an issue
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery (or pickup). Requests after this window may not be accepted.
6. How to request a reprint / replacement / refund
Contact us and share:
- Order details (name, phone, invoice/order reference if available).
- Clear photos/videos of the issue (outer package + product + close-up defect).
- Description of the problem and quantity affected.
7. Resolution process
- We verify evidence and match it with the approved proof and order details.
- If approved, we may offer reprint/replacement/refund based on the case.
- For bulk orders, resolution may be partial (only affected quantity).
8. Cancellations
- Cancellations are possible only before proof approval and before production starts.
- Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
- If cancellation is approved, payment gateway/UPI/bank processing charges (if any) may be deducted.
9. Refund method & timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer/wallet) where feasible, or via bank transfer if needed. Processing time depends on the payment channel.
